- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been a member for over 20 years at Lake Michigan credit union and I can confidently say that this branch is an absolute joke and probably the most disappointing branch I have ever visited. Every single time I come in they are extremely understaffed and slow to assist you. When you express your concerns to the teller, the best they can do is say sorry and you can come back later I guess. If you wanted anything done in a reasonable amount of time, try any other location or perhaps even a different institution because this branch simply needs to be closed down or management needs an overhaul.By Kelly Dyer, June 30, 2017
